This is the perfect excuse for a catch-up with the girls while discovering some amazing local businesses and enjoying a relaxed afternoon atmosphere.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco or orange juice, followed by delicious sweet treat canapés, a live DJ creating the perfect vibe, and a gorgeous goodie bag to take home filled with discounts and lots of treats worth over €100.

2.30pm:  We welcome our guest speaker, Nicola Ryan (MPSI)
Nicola is a highly experienced Menopause Advisor and Pharmacist (M.P.S.I.), dedicated to empowering women with evidence-based knowledge to better understand and manage menopause and overall hormone health.
Nicola will do a 30 minute talk and will be available afterwards for some 1:1 questions 
From 3pm  Live DJ to get a fabulous vibe going in the room.  
Spend the afternoon browsing a carefully curated selection of fabulous stall holders (all listed in pictures) showcasing everything from beauty, fashion and accessories to wellness, gifts and unique finds. It’s the perfect opportunity to shop, support local businesses and maybe treat yourself to something.  There will be some snacks available to nibble on and the bar will be open in the room throughout the event.
